Blair Kuhnen, President

Blair Kuhnen founded Lux Solutions in 2003. He is now a Vice President at Builder Homesite, Inc.(BHI), a consortium owned by 38 leading builders across the U.S. BHI operates New Homesource (http://www.newhomesource.com) the largest and most effective online marketing solution in the U.S.

As Vice President Internet Marketing at Centex Homes from 2000 - 2003, he oversaw the successful launch of several company websites and implemented industry leading Internet sales and marketing solutions.

His background in Web design and development comes from four years of interactive marketing work first as the Content Director for Travelocity.com and then as the head of product management for Ameritrade, Inc.

Prior to these appointments, Kuhnen served as Director, Content Strategy for Sabre, Inc. At Sabre, he also served in various financial, marketing, and sales management roles since 1989.

A graduate of Texas Christian University, B.S., M.B.A., Kuhnen lives in Fort Worth, Texas with his wife and two children.

Tom Pisciotta, Vice President and COO

Mr. Pisciotta joined Lux Solutions in 2004 as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. He is a systems architect at Dallas based builder marketing company, Crozier & Henderson Productions, Inc.
